On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Hektar REIT had, on 4 March 2024, allotted and issued 90,782,200 New Units pursuant to the Placement. The New Units have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 5 March 2024.
