We refer to the earlier announcements dated 3 January 2023, 9 January 2023, 10 January 2023, 31 January 2023, 22 February 2023 and 24 February 2023 in relation to the 2022 Final Income Distribution.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Hektar REIT had, on 24 February 2023, allotted and issued 27,527,792 New Units pursuant to the 1st IDRP. The New Units have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 27 February 2023, marking the completion of the 1st IDRP.

With the listing of the New Units, the total enlarged number of Hektar REIT Units is 498,787,970 Units.
