Description HEKTAR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ("HEKTAR REIT") PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 23,098,000 NEW UNITS IN HEKTAR REIT, REPRESENTING UP TO 5% OF ITS TOTAL ISSUED UNITS ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcements dated 28 May 2020, 3 June 2020 and 9 June 2020 (“Announcements”) in relation to the Private Placement shall apply herein.

Reference is made to the Announcements in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, M&A wishes to announce that the approval granted by Bursa Securities, vide its letters dated 9 June 2020, for the implementation of the Private Placement has lapsed on 8 December 2020. Hektar REIT does not wish to seek any extension of time for the Private Placement.
