Reference is made to HEKTAR REIT's announcement made on 8 August 2017 under the "Entitlement (Notice of Book Closure)" pertaining to the Second interim income distribution for the second quarter ended 30 June 2017 together with an advance income distribution for the period of July and August 2017 totalling 4.0 sen (gross) per HEKTAR REIT unit.

Please be informed that the payment date for the said dividend will be brought forward to 21 September 2017 instead of 22 September 2017 due to the change in Awal Muharram public holiday from 21 September 2017 to 22 September 2017.
