The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to the announcements dated 12 September 2023, 7 December 2023, 7 December 2023, 19 December 2023, 21 December 2023 and 15 January 2024 in relation to the Proposals.

UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 22 February 2024 resolved to fix the issue price for the Placement at RM0.5850 per Placement Unit.

The issue price of RM0.5850 per Placement Unit represents a discount of 7.01% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Hektar REIT units up to and including 21 February 2024, being the last traded day of Hektar REIT units immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.6291 per Hektar REIT unit.
