Description	HEKTAR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ("HEKTAR REIT") PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 15% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED UNITS OF HEKTAR REIT ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")
The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 11 October 2023, 12 October 2023, 2 November 2023, 7 November 2023, 8 November 2023, 10 November 2023, 5 December 2023 and 14 December 2023 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Hektar REIT had, on 14 December 2023, allotted and issued 75,836,000 New Units pursuant to the Private Placement. The New Units have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 15 December 2023, marking the completion of the Private Placement. With the listing of the New Units, the total enlarged number of Hektar REIT Units is 581,415,073 Units. This announcement is dated 15 December 2023.
