The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

We refer the announcements dated 11 October 2023, 12 October 2023, 2 November 2023, 7 November 2023 and 8 November 2023 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 9 November 2023 ("Approval Letter"), resolved to approve the listing and quotation for up to 75,836,860 Placement Units to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.

The above approval by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:-

i.          Hektar REIT and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Listing Requirements") pertaining to the implementation of the Private Placement;

ii.          Hektar REIT and UOBKH are required to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Private Placement; and

iii.         Hektar REIT and UOBKH are required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Private Placement is completed.
