Description HEKTAR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ("HEKTAR REIT") INCOME DISTRIBUTION REINVESTMENT PLAN APPLICABLE TO THE 2023 INTERIM INCOME DISTRIBUTION ("2ND IDRP")

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 August 2023, 29 August 2023, 1 September 2023, 4 September 2023, 12 October 2023 and 16 October 2023 in relation to the 2023 Interim Income Distribution.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Hektar REIT had, on 16 October 2023, allotted and issued 6,791,103 New Units pursuant to the 2nd IDRP. The New Units have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 17 October 2023, marking the completion of the 2nd IDRP. 

With the listing of the New Units, the total enlarged number of Hektar REIT Units is 505,579,073 Units.
