The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to the announcements dated 12 September 2023, 7 December 2023, 7 December 2023, 19 December 2023, 21 December 2023, 15 January 2024, 22 February 2024, 4 March 2024, 4 March 2024, 5 March 2024, 14 March 2024, 15 March 2024, 26 March 2024, 27 May 2024, 26 June 2024 and 11 July 2024 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the timeframe to implement the Placement had lapsed on 17 December 2024, which marks the completion of the Placement.
