Description	HEKTAR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ("HEKTAR REIT") INCOME DISTRIBUTION REINVESTMENT PLAN APPLICABLE TO THE 2024 INTERIM INCOME DISTRIBUTION ("3RD IDRP")
We refer to the earlier announcements dated 22 August 2024, 28 August 2024, 3 September 2024, 5 September 2024, 6 September 2024, 27 September 2024, 16 October 2024 and 18 October 2024 in relation to the 2024 Interim Income Distribution. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Hektar REIT had, on 18 October 2024, allotted and issued 2,474,027 New Units pursuant to the 3rd IDRP. The New Units have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 21 October 2024, marking the completion of the 3rd IDRP. With the listing of the New Units, the total enlarged number of Hektar REIT Units is 709,286,684 Units. This announcement is dated 21 October 2024.
