We refer to the earlier announcements dated 22 August 2024, 28 August 2024, 3 September 2024, 5 September 2024, 6 September 2024 and 27 September 2024 in relation to the 2024 Interim Income Distribution.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that based on the valid Income Distribution Reinvestment Forms received by the Share Registrar, Hektar REIT will be issuing 2,474,027 new units ("New Units") pursuant to the 3rd IDRP. The New Units represent approximately 9.69% of the total 25,529,937 new units that would have been issued, had all entitled unitholders of Hektar REIT elected to reinvest their respective Electable Portion in new units.
