We refer to the earlier announcements dated 3 January 2023 in relation to the 2022 Final Income Distribution.

On behalf of the Board, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 6 January 2023, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 55,600,000 new units to be issued pursuant to the 1st IDRP subject to the following conditions:-

1. Hektar REIT and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the 1st IDRP;

2. Hektar REIT and UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the 1st IDRP;

3. UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the 1st IDRP is completed; and

4. Payment of additional listing fee, if any, based on the final issue price together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of listing fees payable.
