On 16 February 2016, Hektar REIT made an announcement to Bursa pertaining to the final dividend of 2.7 sen with the corresponding information on withholding tax for the different categories of investors. In addition to the information already provided which remains unchanged, Hektar REIT wishes to inform that non-resident companies will be subject to a withholding tax of 24% instead of 25% for year of assessment 2016.
